Our paper “Evidence-Based Design and Evaluation of a Whole Genome Sequencing Clinical Report for the Reference Microbiology Laboratory” is now available as a pre-print .
The goal of this project was to redesign an exisiting TB Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) report by using quantitative and qualitative evidenced gathered by using human centered design methods.
I’ll also be at IEEE VIS 2017 and ASM NGS PIPELINES Conferences to talk about this work.
